Greeter/Registration/Forms Collector
Stationed at registration table, welcomes, orients and directs clients to where they need to go, provides directional control for crowd arriving at site, hands out and collects registration forms, ensures that all screening forms are collected, secured, and packaged for courier pick up.

Educator/Screener
Nurses at screening station, provides client education appropriate to the incident, screens clients for contraindications to medications/vaccinations.

Vaccinator/Dispensing Nurse
Nurse at the dispensing table to administer vaccine and/or medical countermeasures to clients.

Security/Safety Officer
Oversees security-related aspects inside and outside of the POD, including directing traffic and ensuring security of pharmaceuticals stored on-site.

Floater/Flow Staff
Staff walking amongst stations, maintains clinic flow by assisting all stations.

Triage/First Aid
Health care workers at triage table next to registration table, determines if clients are eligible to receive medical countermeasures or require immediate isolation.

Interpreter
One person initially located at registration and will flow through with patients as needed, interprets verbal explanations and written materials for those persons who may have difficulty understanding English.

Discharge
A person to ensure each client has adequate information about medication and additional resources before leaving the POD, and to ensure each client receiving vaccination remains on site for a minimum of 15 minutes after vaccination to ensure client safety.

General Volunteer
Duties will be assigned by the POD manager.
